It must be "our" fault! It couldn't possible have anything to do with the recording industrys' management incompetence or failure to move with the times.
All those grubby little board room misers, rubbing their hands at the cost savings of digital format music, yet wringing those same hands that they have to spend some, too make it easy for people to buy "legal" digital music, without loosing any of the iron grip that they hold the artists in - let alone the musics consumers!

I read the other day that i-tunes keeps 97 out of 99cent for each download. They bang on about the artist getting paid and how file sharing is stealing from the artist, well what the heck is that then?
PS. I'm recalling these figures from memory, they may be inaccurate.
