Hi folks
Linspire have announced that the Click 'n' Run method of software installation will be made available for all Linux distributions.
Installing new software now should be as easy as Windows for the less computer savvy. See the following links:-
Linspire standardizes software installation across Linux distrobutions

and Letter from Linspire.

I think this is great but what do you guys make of it?

I wasn't that impressed by CNR when I tried Linspire anyway. I shall have a look when there is something to see, but my expectations are not great. _________________ Bye, Rhakios |

Hmm, I can't say I was particularly impressed with Linspire itself when I tried it.
However, maybe Click 'n' Run is going to be the wonder installer we have all been waiting for. |
