Maybe it's a Matrix and the OS is a little dodgy.
Question is, is it more likely to be proprietary or FOSS?
And to get back on topic, what would happen to us if it gets rebooted during "some necessary maintenance"? _________________ Cheers,

hmmmm, Some good questions, that do at least include the most horrific of possibilities. But i don't think even they have gotten that far. Besides ... they would have to wait until someone else released an implementation first, in order to acquire it, then call it their own. Though i tend to think that it's probably using a LVM system of soughts.

Earlier I wrote: | Quote: | | Latest astronomical measurements put the oldest stars waaaay older than the Universe they are living in - and the Universe is already too old for its current expansion rate to make sense |
The Big Bang was the last reboot, and the stars worth keeping were then retrieved from backup. The powers-that-be are currently installing extra storage space faster than the data is growing.
<voice off>Yeah, yeah, and Bill Gates is just a virus sneaked in by the Dark Hacker himself, bub. Are you coming quietly or ... oh, uh hullo Mr. G. That's a nice Black Hole ya' got there ....</voice off> ... _________________ Cheers,
