Very impressive.....if its over standard ADSL, less so if its ADSL2 or cable.

Some times over the last couple of weeks I've seen as low as 7k/sec and as high as 550k/sec.

On the modem box it says something about 2400 baud, is that better than 56K? Smile

It's supposed to be ADSL2 but the router syncs at around 8Mb, distance from exchange, naff cables etc.
