I'm trying to find an article on this one... it's fairly old news.
I know that some time back (a year a go, or more) Microsoft made it their official policy not to announce new bugs until they are fixed.
...anyone got links to articles around this announcement? |

No, but it sounds like classic MS ... (grin)
I guess you would have tryed E. Raymonds site. It guess it would be the type of thing he'd have stored away somewhere there.
