Hi,
i hope some one can help. i want to install fedora core 4 on my HP pavillion
Memory (RAM): 512 MB

Processor Type: Intel Pentium 4
Hard Drive Capacity: 160 GB

when i try to install from the disk, i get to the install menu, press enter, then it gives a long line of errors.....
basicly it dosnt go to the next screen.
ive tried the disk on my older pc, it works fine.....
ive tried the commands for screen resolutions, noprobe and the other one suggested but it still wont work.

has any one any suggestions????

ya your right, didnt have time to jot it down last night, will have a look later and fill it in tomorrow. think it mentioned kernel panic, trouble syncing, and then a lot of threads, but ill find out for sure later..

disc with fc4 works fine on older machine, any ideas??
