The LXF Wiki can be a real pain to edit, with its clunky old build. Also, some important pages that desperately need maintenance are locked even to signed-in users. I have a couple of suggestions:
First, how about allowing trusted users to edit locked pages.
Second, how about creating a VM or similar with a clone that the same trusted users could upgrade to more recent software. The official wiki can then be swapped over.
It's all a bit labour-intensive, as the upgrade must be repeated several times, etc. etc. But how about it? Does the wiki matter that much to anybody, or is the rot to be allowed to run its course? _________________ Cheers,

Hi,
Good suggestions -- I'll look into them on Monday (deadlines galore right now!)
